Rob West
Rob West, President and CEO, accepted the challenge of launching APEX in 2004. An entrepreneur with a long history of business ownership in the marketing and manufacturing fields, he focuses his energies on attraction strategies and on managing the APEX Strategic Consulting Program, which helps to develop regional businesses with high growth potential.
Lisa L. Heyeson
Lisa L. Heyesen, Director of Business Development, joined the APEX team in July, 2006. Her primary role is to provide economic development assistance to existing businesses within the APEX service area. Using all available resources, Heyesen focuses on ensuring that the region’s major employers receive private-sector support.
Jeff Borling
Jeff Borling, Director of Research & Communication, also joined the APEX team in July, 2006.  Borling works to align incoming requests with the appropriate APEX resources, while also managing external communication, monitoring relevant media outlets, and researching potential business development opportunities.

Sandy Johnson, Office Administrator, joined the APEX team in September of 2008.  Her responsibilities include all administrative details required to support a dynamic, high energy office environment.
