Peter Miller is an accomplished business professional with over thirty years of senior management experience in a variety of industries. He has served as president and CEO, chief operating officer, operations vice president, executive director, vice president marketing, business development director and director of communications for a range of small- to mid-market business organizations. He has led strategic planning, new product and service development, account management, total quality management, marketing, organization development, project management and strategic alliance initiatives within his organizations and for external clients. He has served as a volunteer mentor for women executives and as a mentor and coach for high potential management and technical personnel.

Mr. Miller holds advanced degrees in business administration and environmental sciences. He is also an adjunct faculty member in the MBA Program at the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN.

Dave Steininger is an experienced financial analyst and executive who received his early business training in the finance departments of the aircraft engine, medical systems and capital financing divisions of General Electric Company. While there, he also became involved in international business development and global merger and acquisition support teams. He has served as a partner in a venture capital firm where he had a wide variety of financial assignments related to building and managing a portfolio of companies. Mr. Steininger also served as CFO for a startup technology company; he has a significant background in software development and information technology system requirements.

Mr. Steininger holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business. He has extensive training in a variety of business accounting systems.
