‘Tis the Season for Growth

Spring is the time for new beginnings and growth. It’s fitting that the APEX team is extra busy this time of year, attending select national and regional trade shows and conferences. These are wonderful opportunities to cultivate connections and promote our region’s many business assets with an eye towards future economic growth.

The Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) Spring Forum in Tampa, FL in April is a particularly valuable conference that keeps us up to date on industrial real estate trends. It gives APEX the chance to present our region’s key sites and buildings as well as build relationships with manufacturers and peers in economic development.
