Finance & Commerce announces Top Projects of 2020

Minnesota’s construction industry stayed busy in 2020 despite the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. Even with the added precautions required to keep workers safe, builders completed a bevy of projects last year, including apartments, office space and medical facilities. From among this impressive collection of projects, an independent panel selected 50 honorees for Finance & Commerce’s annual Top Projects awards.

Projects honored this year include the Dayton’s Project and a new Thrivent headquarters in downtown Minneapolis; several facilities for colleges and universities; and a number of buildings for health care providers throughout the state.
