Co-managed by Duluth Local Initiatives Support Corporation (Duluth LISC) and the City of Duluth Community Development Division, Duluth at Work strives to increase incomes of low wage workers and small business owners by 25%over 3 years. Using a set of best practices first developed in Portland, Oregon, Duluth at Work's six non-profit partners offer comprehensive, long-term coaching, job training and support to specific client groups. An Advisory Committee (listed below) provides program oversight and important links between employers and Duluth at Work participants.
