APEX is pleased to announce that Minnesota Business Finance Corporation (MBFC) is our newest investor-member. MBFC is a private not-for-profit organization licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration as a certified development company. The organization handles Small Business Administration approval, closing and loan servicing. MBFC serves the entire state of Minnesota with offices in St. Cloud, Minneapolis and Bemidji.
