Interns have been instrumental in helping add capacity to the APEX staff throughout the past several years. APEX is excited to welcome two new interns to the organization.

Christian Finn, Business Development Intern, is a senior at the University of Minnesota Duluth expecting to graduate in May with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. Finn previously interned with Sedgwick Claims Management Services in Eden Prairie, MN and Data Recognition Corporation in Maple Grove, MN. This month, APEX was awarded a $1,000 intern scholarship by the Minnesota Economic Development Foundation for Finn’s business development efforts.

Beth Chalupsky, Administrative Intern, is also a senior at the University of Minnesota Duluth expecting to graduate in May with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology. Along with working at APEX, Chalupsky works in the UMD Department of Human Resources and Equal Opportunity.  Previously, she was employed by the UMD Store in Duluth, MN and with the Right Staff, LLC in Edina, MN.

“We are thrilled to have Beth and Christian join our APEX team. Interns not only help our staff with projects that are instrumental for our region and investor-members, but also bring new ideas and innovation to our office,” stated Brian Hanson, APEX President and CEO.
