Construction Underway at $12.5 million Essentia Health-Spooner Clinic

To better serve patients in northwest Wisconsin, Essentia Health is building a new, state-of-the-art $12.5 million clinic in Spooner, Wis.

Essentia Health has been caring for 8,500+ residents in the Spooner area for more than two decades at its clinic located adjacent to the current hospital.

When Spooner Health System (SHS) decided to build its new hospital on County Highway H, between Highways 53 and 63, Essentia chose to be part of the new medical campus, for the convenience of its patients. The new clinic will build upon that commitment to the community by enhancing care and expanding services to the region.

“The new clinic is a concrete example of our commitment to make a healthy difference in people’s lives,” said Ty Erickson, Essentia’ s senior vice president of regional practice. “This investment will greatly benefit our patients in the region by providing them continued quality care in a beautiful, new setting.”
