Monday, August 31, 2015

Ground was broken Wednesday for the College of St. Scholastica's Health Science Pavilion at BlueStone – which will create a second Duluth campus for the college.

Construction of the 45,000-square-foot structure will be at 940 Woodland Ave., St. Scholastica’s first-ever academic building in Duluth that’s not on its 1200 Kenwood Ave. main campus.

The three-story building will sit on a three-acre site formerly occupied by Woodland Middle School. It is situated in the BlueStone development one mile from the main St. Scholastica campus.
