Essentia Health offers diabetes support and education classes

Essentia Health will provide education and offer support to adults with diabetes at a series of classes at the West Duluth Clinic.

Each hour-long class begins at 5:30 p.m. and is held the first Monday of the month, beginning in August. Topics include addressing “Diabetes Burnout,” medications, proper nutrition and even a holiday potluck in December.

These classes are offered as a complimentary service to the community. The West Duluth Clinic is located at 4212 Grand Ave., Duluth.
