Nurse practitioner joins dermatology department at Essentia Health-Virginia Clinic

Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Blais has joined the Dermatology Department at the Essentia Health-Virginia Clinic in Virginia. She will care for both children and adults.

“I became a nurse practitioner because I wanted to make an impact on people’s lives,” said Blais. “I have always been fascinated by dermatology and I have a genuine passion for it.”

Blais earned a master’s degree in nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Al. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
