Airport runway work starting this summer

Runway construction is scheduled to begin later this summer at Duluth International Airport and Sky Harbor Airport as the city's airfields get going on major upgrades.
First up is the main runway reconstruction at DLH, which Executive Director Tom Werner said could start around July 31, though details are still being finalized.
