Essentia Health launches major strategic planning effort to enhance patient care

Essentia Health is pleased to announce its Board of Directors has authorized a major strategic planning effort to positively impact the way care is delivered at its downtown Duluth campus and enhance the patient and staff experience.

“I am grateful to the Board and excited to launch this broad-based planning effort,” says Essentia Health CEO David C. Herman, MD.  “Over the past year, we’ve been looking at defining the practice of the future that will provide access to the safest, most advanced health care right here in our community.  To do this requires significant investment in our Duluth campus.”
