PPL, Wells Fargo unveil detailed plans for Nicollet Ave. bank branch, affordable housing project

Minneapolis-based Project for Pride in Living and Wells Fargo has pitched a bank branch, 110 units of affordable housing and 8,300 square feet of commercial space for the property at 3030 Nicollet Ave. in Minneapolis.

Developers released detailed plans for the first building in a two-phase project on the former site of a Wells Fargo bank branch, which was damaged during civil unrest and riots following the murder of George Floyd.
