United Aviate Academy buys Cirrus fleet for pilot training

United Aviate Academy in Goodyear, Arizona, has purchased a fleet of 25 Cirrus TRAC SR20 aircraft for its pilot training program, Duluth-based Cirrus Aircraft announced Friday.
The luxury interior of the high-performance airplanes has been replaced with all-weather floor liners and water-resistant seats. According to Cirrus, the plane's cabin is larger than a typical training aircraft, which makes for a spacious training workspace. Seats in the rear allow for additional students or observers to view training.
